What makes up the price
Understanding the cost of forming a company
The total price includes both our fees and the regulated costs paid to the State and the notary. Here is the breakdown.
Coordination fees
Our full support: drafting the articles, financial plan, notary coordination, registration follow-up and customer service.
Notary fees
Regulated by royal decree in Belgium. Between €1,000 and €1,400 incl. VAT for an SRL formation. We pass them through at cost.
Belgian Official Gazette publication
Around €225 to €280 depending on the length of the deed. Mandatory to make your company enforceable against third parties.
BCE registration
€207.31 excl. VAT to register with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. Mandatory to obtain your company number.
VAT activation (if applicable)
€100 excl. VAT to obtain the VAT number from the FPS Finance, via the 604A form. Only if your activity is subject to VAT.
