This policy describes how Beprosoft Venture SRL collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit monentreprise.be or use our services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, 'GDPR') and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018.

§01

Data we collect

We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver our services and improve the site. Depending on your interaction with monentreprise.be, we may process the following categories:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, title.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number.
  • Business data: intended company name, legal form, industry, number of shareholders, estimated budget.
  • Browsing data: truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited, traffic source, cookie identifiers.
  • Contractual data: record of exchanges, quotes issued, documents transmitted for the incorporation of your company.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed for specific purposes, on an identified legal basis:

  • Respond to your quote and information requests (performance of pre-contractual measures — art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Provide the subscribed services: company incorporation, financial plan, notary coordination (contract performance — art. 6.1.b).
  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations, in particular anti-money-laundering rules (legal obligation — art. 6.1.c).
  • Measure audience and improve the site through aggregated statistics (legitimate interest — art. 6.1.f).
  • Send you marketing communications about our services and those of the Beprosoft Venture ecosystem (consent — art. 6.1.a, revocable at any time).

§03

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by Beprosoft Venture's authorised personnel and, where necessary, by processors strictly contractually bound to comply with the GDPR:

  • Hosting and CDN: Vercel Inc. (non-EU transfer framed by standard contractual clauses).
  • Transactional and nurturing emailing: GDPR-compliant European provider.
  • Audience analytics: PostHog (EU hosting).
  • Partner notaries and banks, only for the performance of the services you have subscribed to.
  • Belgian public authorities where required by law (SPF Finances, BCE, SPF Économie).

§04

Retention period

We retain your data only for the time needed for the purposes described:

  • Unconverted prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
  • Clients: duration of the contractual relationship, then 10 years for accounting data (Belgian legal obligation).
  • Browsing data: 13 months maximum for analytics cookies.
  • Rights-related requests: 3 years for evidentiary purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some technical processors (hosting, analytics) may be located outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. Such transfers are governed either by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, or by the standard contractual clauses (SCC 2021/914/EU) supplemented, where applicable, by additional technical measures (encryption, pseudonymisation).

monentreprise.be uses cookies strictly necessary to the operation of the site, as well as audience-measurement cookies and, subject to your consent, marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences at any time through the consent banner displayed on your first visit or by deleting cookies via your browser settings.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Right of access, rectification and erasure.
  • Right to restriction of processing and right to object.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting previous processing.
  • Right to issue directives on the fate of your data after death.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@monentreprise.be with your request and, if necessary, proof of identity. We will reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

If you believe the processing of your data is not compliant with the GDPR, you have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), environment segregation, strict access management, logging and regular security reviews.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or the legal framework. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date shown at the top. We will inform you by an appropriate means in case of a substantial change.
